Case ID: PP-D-100232572 - It is extremely frustrating to be dealing with automated replies which favour the dishonest supplier of merchandise. I purchased and paid for a mini-pc and got a cheap mouse instead - when I opened a claim I got a reply as an offer of half that which I paid; I refused this offer only to be told that I will get a full refund if I return the cheap mouse at MY COST --- surely this is unacceptable as this is a scam from the very beginning ; you cant sent the mouse back from my country as the person you sending the item to has a ridiculously long false name and address.
