Supplier cancelled order now not responding to request for refund

I purchased a product on 4 Oct 2018

Soon after the supplier emailed me to say that they had made and error and they actually do not ship to South Africa

This is not the first time I had bought goods from this supplier

I have now on numerous occasions inquired about a refund, however they are not responding at all

I have also logged it on the Resolution Centre

Please help
