I bought a backpack off this website that turned out to be a knock-off brand. I contacted PayPal to dispute it. They want me to return the item when I just ordered it 8/25/21 @9:30AM. The seller also contacted me personally and told me to cancel the dispute in order for me to get the refund. What should I do?

Hi, Px123,
I would advise you not to cancel the claim. There have been reports of sellers not refunding the payments after buyers closing the case because the sellers know once the claim is closed, it cannot be re-opened. I would advise you to follow the steps required in the case.
If we requested the item to be sent back to the seller, please do so using a reliable tracking service.
