Submit info to access funds

Heyy, so I’m having trouble understanding what they mean by submitting proof of my address?? like how am i supposed to show proof of that, I live in dubai.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
