Submit Docs but still not left limit

hi mate, 

my account paypal got this limit :

"You have reached a usage threshold that requires us to confirm your identity as account owner. PayPal needs to do this to comply with regulatory requirements. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at dashboard".

Ok well i submit doc require and done.

But my account still not left limit and say me wait 2-3 business days to wait.

i waited 2 weeks till now still not sloved

I already contacted alot time to webform and compliance-apac as intruction they tell me

but till not response and not help me sloved to access my money

anybody here can help me ?

Sorry, nothing anyone in the forums can do to speed it up for you. Have to speak with customer service to follow up and have them submit a support ticket to the back office:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
