Stranger picked up my package from Canada post

Hello I went to pick up my package from Canada post. They said someone who wasn’t me or anyone in my household picked up my package or they made a mistake and handed over my package instead of there’s. They offered no resolution. The person showed ID and signed for it. I don’t know them. What would you guys do?? It’s a high value item. When I contacted the seller they wouldn’t issue a refund.

Sorry but not surprised the seller won't refund as they have done nothing wrong.

Personally I would be seeking redress from Canada post !!!
