Storm Media Limited- Unauthorized Purchase

I started a purchase online from Storm Unlimited, but did not complete it through PayPal because it did not reflect the 15% discount I was promised. How can PayPal reject my claim for unauthorized purchase?

Filing an unauthorised transaction means that you are telling Paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent.
If Paypal check IP addresses / devices etc and find that it wasn't hacked then yes you would lose the dispute.
