Storm Media Limited, Fraud?

As I was going through my receipts for taxes I noticed an entry on my PayPal for Storm Media Limited for last July. I order art instructional videos often, but I could not find any other info for this. I was charged $24.92.

Has anyone else had problems with Storm Media Limited? I didn't get whatever this company said I ordered. I don't know what it is.

I would like to warn others that this could be a fraud.

Yes fraud. I have reported the compagny. Made remarks at Trustpilot, and in facebook. And i have reported the compagny to PayPal. If i find more I'll write comments in fraud, every time I see them advertice.

Ik had 2 X make up besteld. Eerste keer ongeveer 17 Euro betaald, 2 e keer 28 Euro en geen bestelling ontvangen! Dus Fraude! Hoe krijg ik mijn geld terug?! Bestellingen waren van Februari, nu bijna april en geld weg en niets van de bestellingen ontvangen...

Me too. I know exactly what I ordered, but have yet to receive it. I came across this page while trying to find access to the company. Does anyone know anything about them?

I ordered Sleeping Beauty leg shapers 1/9/2019 after making a complaint I received two pair of leggings this week. They are way to small. After all thst time of waiting now I can't use them, plus they are nothing like what was advertised. Now I need to know how to return these leggings.

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
3.Click Dispute a Transaction.
4.Select the button beside the transaction you want to dispute, then click Continue.
5.Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

On 9th March, I ordered and paid US$15.96 for an item from onelastmall. The payment was processed in favour of Storm Media Limited.  Since, I've received no goods and no reply to my request for an estimated delivery date.  It seems that others (2018) have queried the validity of these sites. Are they scams?

I ordered two things . One still hasn’t been delivered and the other one was a total rip off. It was a flat iron. It arrive almost a month and a half later and it’s soooo small I can barely do my bangs with it. Like the plate is as long as my pinky finger. Totally misleading video with product bait video and cheap crappy little flat iron for literally half the price of the big one I just bought Yikes. Still haven’t seen the compression leggings I ordered. Nice. Hope they aren’t Barbie sized

This company Storm media Limited its a fraud,, i bought item throu FB ad and never got my item.. no where to find them.. does any one knows what can i do next.

I am trying to find out about a product ordered and paid for but never shipped for a hard drive recording device in the amount of $30.98.  I still have the original email for the order and payment, but it details no shipping information.  I have emailed the company today, so hopefully will get an answer to resolve the matter, but I have a bad feeling about this.
