Hello so I woke today to see an email from paypal that says my account has been limited (not this one) after someone tried to purchase something that costs 400$ I tried to login into my account but the password seems to be changed so I clicked reset password I received a reset password email but it was in Chinese after clicking reset it directed me to paypal where then it said reset using mobile number it looks like the email wasn’t enough weird part is the number added wasn’t mine... and I can’t seem to be able to contact paypal This is the email I received that says I got limited to be honest it looks fake and I didn’t press anything on it. <removed>
