I placed an order on Thursday December 18 and got no particular delivery commitment or suggestion. Today, December 21, I received a notice with a tracking number showing a December 17 order date and delivery on Friday December 20 with some unknown signature for proof of delivery. Shows a 10.4lb package, should be +/-20lb.
I have emailed the seller, today no response as of now. It is Saturday.
Simple question do I need to be worried or is this an explainable busy season glitch and all will work out?
If I don't hear by Monday December 23, and/or there seems to be a problem over a few days, does PayPal offer help? is there reason to believe that the paperwork will fix it self.
I am new to PayPal so I am not sure of the process and may be worried to soon.
