Starting a business, while my account is limited

Hello everyone,

My account is limited in PayPal and I cannot use Paypal anymore.

Now I have started a business and I have a partner in my business. I want to know Can I use Paypal for my business activity (under the name of the company or my friend's account) while my account is limited and I'm not able to use PayPal anymore and also I'm the co-owner of the company?
