I had limitations on my PayPal account and I had my check direct deposited on my account how do I go about checking that or what I'm going to get it or do I call a bank how do I go about receiving that anybody know

Depends if its a temporary or permanent limitation.

If temporary then normally paypal direct you to the message or resolution centre to resolve any issues.
