I’m sorry to repost a common problem. I’ve read multiple post but my problem hasn’t been solved. I tried calling PayPal but they won’t answer. I’m trying to purchase something off EBay for 800$, I’ve bought items around 500$ before without any problems. I’m guessing I have a spending limit? My account is from 2013 I don’t see why I have restrictions.
