Is there anyway to speak to someone at Paypal to resolve an issue? I have been back and forth for months thru the Resolution Center. I need to get money back that PayPal took from returns and they send me the same message on how to file a claim. I'm livid and want to get on with my life... with my $. Thanks for any help.
