So few days ago my buyer accidentally sent me money. I refunded and right after that my account got limited. I uploaded all the information and on the next day the limitation was lifted. 2 days later I attempt to send money to my friend and I still get this error. Its so annoying and all I want is to pay my loan to my friend. If someone know how this can be resolved please help
