Someone tried to use my account?

I just got an email saying that a 66 USD payment couldn't be processed, but i didnt buy anything?

Hello @Loo_gv,

 

Welcome to our Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear about a recent unauthorized payment attempt. First, I'd recommend making sure that email you received was from PayPal. Here's a great Help Center article on just that: How to spot fake, fraudulent, spoof, or phishing emails .

 

If it is a PayPal email, I recommend updating your password and security questions and then reporting any unauthorized activity through your Resolution Center.
