So I woke up yesterday to a negative balance on my paypal credit account when I went to go pay my monthly bill. I usually never check the statements which is my fault, and just pay. When I checked to see why I had a negative balance, I had realized that someone had been using my paypal credit to pay for their uber rides (80 to be exact, totalling over $1010.00). I filed a claim with paypal and It was denied. I am trying to appeal it but can not figure out how. Because it is the weekend their offices are closed but does anybody have any advice?

Hello,
You may want to check and make sure any approved auto pay that was set up, is cancelled. I'll post the PayPal link below.
https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/
After you check that link, make sure to reset your password. It would also be a good idea to set up 2FA from within your PayPal account. Here is that PayPal link.

I hope this helps.
