I was selling an item to someone and they asked for my email address and then said that when they went to send the money, it asked for a code that was sent to my number. Stupidly, I gave them the code and they have now logged in to my account. I don’t know what to do, they have changed my password however I was still able to log in and change it myself. They haven’t sent or taken any money but I don’t know what to do now as they might still be able to log in as I was still able to even though they had changed my password. Should I close my account completely as I don’t know if they still have access? Tried to call PayPal but they are shut!!? There is now a limitation on my account however I tested this out and I’m still able to send money which means they will be able to too!?
