some one has had unauthorized access to my Paypal account and has tried to transfer 1000 dollars from my bank account that is attached to my account to my Paypal balance. is there anyway to stop this pending transfer so that i get get all this money withdrawn from my bank account?, i tried to stop it through the resolution center, but is says it cant.
