Someone hacked into my account, sent payment of €133.36 EUR = $215.86 AUD (I live in Australia)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help with my situation. I made a Paypal account about 2 weeks ago because I was buying a workbook for my Japanese university course, and for some reason Paypal was the only payment method that they allowed. It was the online store that our university had suggested us to buy from.

Anyways, there were no issues with that transaction, but yesterday when I went to check my email, I saw that someone had sent an unauthorised payment from my account to some other account I've never seen before. I immediately changed my paypal password and filed a dispute, but Paypal claims that it was not an unauthorised transaction. Not only was the money taken in Euros which I have never had a reason to use. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to share it or not, but I have the name of the seller who received my payments. Again, I've just entered university and made a paypal account purely for the sake of buying 1 workbook, and now I've lost nearly $216 AUD from my account. Please help
