Someone got into my account and send my money to his account

Hello, I would like to share my crucial problem with PayPal community let's start with the beginning, someone got into my account through hacking my email and send 20€ to his/her account I made a request for PayPal and they have responded no you did it but I didn't Someone got into my account and transfer my money to his/her account it is unauthorized access my account And Paypal Administration do not help this circumstance , I have a ip of owner and mail of his/her please help to solve this promblem
