I just want to refund this girl her money ($38). Because my account is limited I cannot actually access the money she sent me and therefore cannot send her the clothes she purchased from my depop account. I have been trying to fix my paypal but nothing is working. Is there any way paypal can just refund her? I give complete permission, I just feel so bad.
