Tonight my account is locked up with a negative balance due to someone requesting money for item not received (3 Total). Firstly I dont sell items these were refunds for purchases I exchange for me using the item and providing feedback, how can an item not be received? These were not duplicate amounts and I can prove what this products where refunded and the amount. They said they where requesting this because a mistake was made in April and they want to dispute these because they cannot dispute charges from April so they disputed recent refunds in place of older ones, can this legally do this?
