Somebody falsely refunding

so, i sold an account for a game, i was in a discord call with the individual, i give him account details, he changes password email etc. He sends through money and it is now 21 days from the day he had purchased account, now the man is refunding saying he bought a laptop off me and it didn't deliver or something, seriously?? a LAPTOP for $11USD??????? paypal, please help.
