Some unauthorized activities in my PayPal account, But the resolution decided it is authorized

I recently received unauthorized activities in my papal account. Someone broke into my PayPal account and made some purchases. It is a Freud ! It is all for Facebook ad. but I have not published anything... Someone else used my account.
Also there was a activity to PLAYERAUCTIONS, that the Visa credit company recognized as a fraud and canceled it. they also blocked my Visa card because of this.
The 1st transaction was in 16 December 2020 and the last one 23 December 2020 The total amount is  about 457 USD.  
PayPal resolution decided it is authorized. 
What should I do?

If your paypal was in credit take it further but if it came through paypal and out of the bank connected with your paypal file it with your bank as theft and they will get it back for you

Thanks. Some (50$) was in credit, the rest (400$+) with my Visa card.  
What to you mean by " take it further"? What should I do?
