Hi there| Wondering if someone can help me I have an open dispute case with Xzz co ltd. over some shoes. They have emailed me a couple times saying they can't (partially) refund my money because there is an open dispute against them on PayPal (from me) and that as soon as I drop the dispute they will refund me (again, only a partial refund) Is this true? I have directed them to follow the instructions on the resolution page or send my full refund and Ill drop the case Please advise! Thank you
I had the same problem with shoes i ordered. Were advertised as Merrell, just a knock off piece of junk. No help from PP. No refund. Next time I will use my credit card for purchases, had no problem getting refunds from the CC company. Forget PP.
