Some fraud in egypt told me that he would transfer a 100$ to my paypal from outside egypt , and I would give him money in a local currency while keeping the transferred money in my paypal .. after taking the money he filed a claim against me saying that " Iam a seller and I said i would give him a graphic card and I didn't , also no tracking or shipment number was given " .. now my paypal is negative what do i do?
