Some HELP PLEASE PAYPAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do have an bank account that is linked , accepted and confirmed from PayPal but i cannot pay anything with paypal because it´s asking to link a new bank account , and i do not understand why because i do have only one bank account and it used to work perfectly but i did not used it ( PayPal account ) for 2 months and now i cannot do nothing , i read all the things in from paypal but nobody can tell me what should i do or why it´s like that and i do mention that i don´t owe money to paypal or something that is with minus , i do have a positive balance .

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
