Hello, I'm Iraqi citizen, but I have a Jordanian visa card and PayPal verified my account, I also have an address ( virtual place ) in Jordan + local phone number. But my account has limitations and I would like to solve it before selling my products. Right now PayPal is asking for: 1- ( proof of identity ) which I only have Iraqi national ID and passport and driver license. 2- ( proof of address ) which I don't have any utility bills/ I have credit card statement but doesn't show my address.
