So paypal cancled my service when i recived a spooked email about cases

So i get a email wasn't paying attention to it said paypal have cases opened or filed so i call and when i went threw the process paypal sends me a mess up message

So your account was permanently limited and you can no longer use PayPal and have to wait to withdraw any funds, 180 day later?

Yes i got a email that turned out be fake so when i completed the calm they came back said was denied then after a person sent me 300 i made with draws and used it then all of sudden said was limited for 180 and cant send or receive money  i filed a complaint agaisnt paypal to let them know they did me wrong and now i can't use the remaining to give refund paypal is some **bleep** headed sons of **bleep**
