So my account got locked... how do I refund people

So I turn 18 in a month, and I had a couple of friends send me money virtually to pay me back for the team shirts I bought them (we live far away and its  pandemic sooo...). And then Paypal locked my account and the money still hasn't gone into my account. How do I refund them so they can send money to my parent's paypal account.

If you couldn't accept the funds and they have not gone into your account then they should show as pending/unclaimed on the senders side and time out and return to them 30 days post sending.
