Seems like I’m not alone. After weeks of back and forth with the seller I’m told I’m eligible for a refund IF I send the damaged product back to China at my expense. Then PayPal gives me an address all in Chinese symbols that the USPS won’t accept. Then, you cannot ask PayPal questions regarding this issue. Think it’s time to say good-bye to PayPal
