So I got scammed..

I "bought" a fortnite account off of this guy and I sent him 20 USD for it. He has then blocked me and refuses to talk with me about it.

I tried emailing paypal that he scammed me, but it keeps redirecting me to the store of the person, which he won't reply to me in.

Please help
