Hi @Evelynalt,

 

Thank you for your post! I regret that I am not certain that I understand. Is the issue that you did not receive something that was ordered? If that is the case, you have up to 180 days from the date of the transaction to open a dispute, and up to 20 days from the date the dispute is opened to escalate the dispute to a claim for PayPal to review.
