I placed an order with slaystyle for my mother in law back in July. The items never came in but the carrier shows it was delivered. When I check the tracking number it shows that the order went to Illinois. I live in Indiana. The seller keeps telling me that I need to go to local post offices to look for my items. I opened a dispute with PayPal and the decided that since the tracking shows it was delivered then I must have received it. I have been trying all day to get on chat with a PayPal rep so that I can try and get this issue resolved. Is my mother in law just out of her money or do I have some type of recourse to take?
