Should I pay?

Purchased two sets of EarPods, seller displayed them as "Apple" EarPods. I ordered and paid in May, items never arrived so I started a PayPal dispute which went in my favour and I received a FULL refund. Thanks PayPal. Well yesterday these two sets of EarPods arrived in the Mail. But, they are NOT as they were displayed  in the sellers ad. They work, so so sound, but they are NOT the "Apple" as they displayed. So, should I repay the seller, email and offer them a lower price. Likely cost more to return mail them. But I guess they lied to me first. What is the correct thing to do?
