Should I not be paid because I have Dysplasia

PayPal will not pay me my refund because I transposed the the tracking numbers. The merchant received the item back and singed for it. I even called back within 24 hours with the right tracking # . All 22 numbers were right except of two, I printed a "24" instead of "42". I called back supplied all the tracking info ration. I am a 60 year old man with Dyslexia, as a child and a teenager I always hard time in school. As an adult advancements in job promotions required intense studying and was always a major challenge for me. but I made it work . ....I'm sorry I transposed the two numbers.. I feel as a 18 year costumer with no issues PayPay should consider looking further into this case and see I did supply the wrong numbers at first but supplied the right one within 24 hours of three initial findings. I hope PayPal will reconsider and I will continue to be a loyal member.
