Hi. A month ago I bought a games console off an Asian website which turned out to be a scam. It cost $42 but was worth a lot more so too good to be true. I received from them an inferior $10 console. It turns out from Trust Pilot reviews they did this to everyone. I emailed the company and have to return at my own expense and it won't be worth it. They admitted the console advert was "exaggerated". I opened a PayPal dispute and they have offered a partial refund of $32. Should I accept that? I'm worried if I escalate it to paypal to decide I won't get anything. I'm happy to return what I received but not at my own expense. I want a full refund.
