Sharing my experiences with this online company (seller) based out of China. I fell for a misleading ad, ordering one thing, but receiving something entirely different. At least I did receive something. But, it was extremely overpriced (over $50 for a cheap plastic gadget), so I requested a return and refund. They responded immediately when I opened the dispute, telling me that I must return it for a refund. I agreed, asking for a return address. Waited a week, with no response; so I escalated to a claim. After several days, they responded with a return address, all in Chinese characters. The item was shipped to me from Los Angeles, California for around $3.00, so now I have to return it to China, for over $17.00
I would recommend never buying from this company!
