Shipping scam

I have been a victim of a shipping scam. I opened up a claim with PayPal and they found in favor of the shipper because of fraud. They shipped to the wrong address and I have proof from ups. This is a known scam but paypal refuses to help and you can't get restitution from PayPal once they find in favor of the shipper even though you have proof. Is there any remedy to this fraud.

I was able to start a claim at ups and recieve a ups receipt in pdf which shows a delivery address that is not mine. Then I called PayPal customer service and explained to them I had proof of the scam. She gave me a link to upload the document. After she looked at it, she reversed the decision and found in my favor. Thanks paypal!

I just had the same thing happen to me. I got in touch with UPS and they provided me with the info that shows the tracking number I was given by seller did not belong to my item. I sent this information to Paypal and today they emailed me that they had contacted the seller and ruled in his favor and closed my case. Did they even look at the information from UPS?

Goto ups site start a claim and ask to do a trace and get the original ups receipt. They will send it in pdf. Then call paypal and talk to a real person. https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call
