I won an auction on EBAY of 30 purses and did not receive what all of pictured. Seller has now offered a full refund (which includes 55.90 I paid in shipping) but it says I have to pay and ship them back to her to get my refund. I don't feel I should have to pay the shipping since items weren't as described. Can anyone help me
