I recently bought the Dyson Airwrap from Tecobuy UK (who are not a UK company!). Waited 4 weeks for delivery and when it arrived I called Dyson and they confirmed it was a counterfeit machine. Escalated it to a Claim and PayPal say I’m to receive a full refund after I return the item but it’s going to cost £106 to ship it back to HK because of the weight and needing it to be tracked. How can I get the cost of this covered? Thanks so much for your advice
Hi I’ve just ordered an Airwrap from Tecobuy and am gutted to read the terrible reviews, especially in regard to a £400 item for my wife. I’ve just had the email yesterday saying item has been dispatched to courier. Unsure whether or not I can cancel the order before it leaves the country. How did you know it was counterfeit?
