I ordered a hand tool from Germany on December 30th, 2020. Around January 10th hadn’t heard anything, so emailed company and was told shipped January 7th. Tracking info through DHL showed shipped to Frankfurt and said I would be notified when USPS received. Now no further info. Emailed company and was told to be patient. I just don’t know how long to wait before reporting a problem. Seems like it should be in the USA by now.
