Me and my bestfriend shared PayPal accounts, therefore, I received a $550 payment from my honest work and he noticed it, therefore, after 7 years this is the first time it's happening. He blocked me everywhere and stole my money, changed the PayPal account password and everything, it was on his account. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.
