I had an agreement with someone to provide cleaning services and was told to send through PayPal. After the money was transferred the recipient changed her tune and refuses to provide service and won’t pay back money unless I drop dispute and then she claims after that she will pay money in 30 days? Why would I believe her now she is basically taking money and telling me to get lost. What’s my recourse and chances of getting any refund? And I’d that a xyortion to say that about dropping dispute?
