I have two products I ordered in April 2020 from two vendors in China that haven't been delivered. I have contacted PayPal resolution center.
I am frustrated that PP doesn't offer a phone number so I can talk to a live Customer Service Agent to resolve my issues.
Do any of you know how to get a live agent on the phone??
