Service and dispute automatically denied since past timeframe

I just submitted a claim for a service that was unable to be provided and it was automatically denied because it was passed 180 days.  We booked our wedding and put our deposit for the venue with our paypal account but the pandemic closed down the venue and the service was unable to be provided for what we paid for. How can I get this addressed and refunded through paypal? I submitted the contract and payment informed to my dispute that clearly shows the date has passed for our contract and were unable to provide the service. PP-D-83553856
