In early July I bought a reborn silicone doll, didn't hear from them until Aug after I filed a complaint. Said please wait, I agreed because it was from Malaysia and I am in US. Few days later received very small package of a plastic, naked, bald doll instead of 15" doll I received a 6" doll. Doll expected had curly long hair, and a pink tutu outfit on. Doll sent was like a dollar store doll. Just got resolution Sep.27,2020.Paypal tells me send back doll, I will receive refund. They should pay postage. I feel totally scammed and angry.
