Sent to wrong address

My order was sent to wrong address called usps they had the right town and state but wrong address and. Name wasn't put on it

Open a dispute for non receipt of item > put in all the evidence you have including checking where it went...

and if you can get written proof from the delivery agent first that it did not go to your address then let paypal know that information and upload it if you have that option before you escalate to a claim.
