I recently purchased an item from someone and under under where it says, "have you received this order," there's no shipment tracking and under that it has a date that the item was shipped and it says, "sent by MANUAL." What does this mean? And when I go to the activity button and click on that, the item I purchased has the track shipment button. When I click that button it takes me to another PayPal page that says, "Sorry- Your last action could not be completed." Does anyone know what this means?
